About Pharmacy One
Pharmacy 1 opened in 1983 in the original Yellowstone Medical Center.
In 1996 the store was moved to its current location in the Yellowstone
Medical Center-West Building. Jarrod and Kim Willems purchased
Pharmacy 1 in 1999. At that time there were two employees,
Jarrod,
full-time pharmacist, and Debra, pharmacy technician.

Professional Compounding Centers
- In 2000 Jarrod received training as a Compounding Pharmacist through Professional Compounding Centers of America. In 2007, Pharmacy 1 created Pharmacy 1-LTC to better serve the needs of the long term care and assisted living facility customers. At this time we added a PacMed, automated packaging machine, to service these LTC facilities. Further automation was added in 2012 to decrease the amount of time customers need to wait for their prescriptions. This year marks the 37th year of business for Pharmacy 1. Currently we employ 11 people and have recently expanded our Long Term Care services to facilities in Great Falls and Bozeman.
