PHARMACY ONE
About Pharmacy One
Pharmacy 1 opened in 1983 in the original Yellowstone Medical Center. In 1996 the store was moved to its current location in the Yellowstone Medical Center-West Building. Jarrod and Kim Willems purchased Pharmacy 1 in 1999. At that time there were two employees, Jarrod, full-time pharmacist, and Debra, pharmacy technician.
In 2000 Jarrod received training as a Compounding Pharmacist through Professional Compounding Centers of America. In 2007, Pharmacy 1 created Pharmacy 1-LTC to better serve the needs of the long term care and assisted living facility customers.
At this time we added a PacMed, automated packaging machine, to service these LTC facilities. Further automation was added in 2012 to decrease the amount of time customers need to wait for their prescriptions. This year marks the 37th year of business for Pharmacy 1.
In 2018 Pharmacy 1 opened a pharmacy inside the Mental Health Center to better serve the needs of the staff and patients there. In 2021 we moved our LTC services into this new space. Pharmacy 1 continues to adapt to meet the changing needs of our patients and community partners.

Always friendly. Go out of there way to help you get what you need as much as they can. Wish they had a auto refill program & also better handling of online refill requests. LOVE the pill bottles they use, very easy to open with my bad hands & handy for keeping stuff in them after meds gone.
